Our next demo performance will be on November 22nd at the Staples Center for the Los Angeles Clippers game. Practice for this performance will begin on November 8th (Monday).

We are proud to announce that the Modern Day Knights is the proud owner of the LaJust Electronic Hogu scoring system. This system is fast becoming the most popular electronic hogu in the Sport TaeKwonDo world. We plan to use this system to give our members an edge in competition sparing.

We are proud to release a new feature on the MDK website where we will post all tournament results of events we have participated in. You will be able to see our MDK sparring team history! As we continue to compete in events we will post the results online. If you see any inaccurate information, please speak with a staff member so we can correct it.
